  • The new fat-burning craze! This Breath Diet only has to be done only 5 minutes a day (!!!) in order to melt the fat right off! Who wants to start Day 1 on this with me?

  • I think you also need to be standing on your head at the time, which is a problem for me, 'cause I have two heads...
  • I suppose it will be a bone to throw to folks who claim to be eating 7 calories a day, exercising for hours and not seeing any results on the scales.

  • Sorry, I was one of them. After I really **looked** at the post & saw the context, I understood the spirit behind it -- and responded in kind -- but by then I'd already pushed the "report" button. And couldn't see a way to cancel my report.

  • Ha! Lol. Guess I should have kept my incentive spirometer... Maybe they'll put one in my gym!

    At least it's harmless unlike some other fad diets. Might even help improve lung capacity.
