It is exactly 3 weeks until I go to Italy! I'm so excited.
When I moved to Canada back in early January I knew I wanted to get back into the healthy habit, but I've been using this trip as my motivation. Knowing I had exatly 90 days to get myself ready was a big deal. I'd either give up as usual midway through or tell myself I can finish 90 days!
I'm going to my boyfriend's brother's wedding. It will be the first time I've met my boyfriend's family (any of them!) and will also be the first time I've been to his home city of Milan.
I don't speak any Italian, and they don't speak any English so basically I told myself i HAD to get in shape!
Anyway the great part is, ok, I didn't reach goal (I'm not anywhere close), BUT I have lost a few inches, but the thing I'm happiest about most is that I now love exercising. I'm going to miss my trainer while I'm away.
Has anyone here been to Milan? Any Must see advice for me?
