If it feels like little tapioca balls of varying sizes (but all pretty small) making up the majority of the fat, don't panic! A lot of us have it. For some people, adipose tissue can be pretty lumpy. Also, read the above link. I began to notice it more when my skin was less tight (not super loose, but just less tight) because there wasn't the same skin pressure compressing it into what seemed like a solid whole. If you've lost more fat in the past (or have gained and lost many times), you're more likely to have slightly looser skin and notice this, whereas those who have only lost 5-10lbs probably wouldn't. Also, the fact that it's mostly in your belly suggests the same thing, as most women gain/lose most often in their belly, which would stretch the skin and make it noticeable.
