Default Body Image Books

Can anyone recommend any building body image books?

I'd like to do some reading on body dysmorphia and developing a better body image, as well as building a better relationship with my scale. haha!

My Sister in Law posted some pictures from Labor Day and I'm like 100% certain I weigh a solid 100lbs heavier than those pictures look.

I still dont see it when I look in the mirror. In those pics, I look chubby, but not massive...when I look at myself in the mirror I look massive. I don't see my 100lbs weight loss in the mirror and I'm over it. I used to be very confident and I miss that girl.

So, any book suggestions?
