Default Looking for Online food tracker - for exchange plan

I love that there are so many free food logging/tracking sites, but they're all geared towards calorie and micronutrient calculations, but not exchange plans (which I love).

Anyone know of a tracking app that tracks exchanges instead of, or as well as calories and micronutrients?

I did a little poking around online and this might work for you.

I poked around a little too - all I could find was a 99 cent ipad/iphone/ipod touch app.

Good luck hunting - it's got to be out there somewhere!

Thanks folks. If I find exactly what I'm looking for, I'll post it here for other exchange plan folks.

I did find one that does half of what I'm looking for. It's called "My Food Advisor" from the American Diabetes Association.

Unfortunately, the tracker doesn't keep track of exchanges eaten (which is what I'm really looking for), but at least the food database does list the exchange values.

I'll keep looking.

There are a couple in iTunes if you want one for iPhone/iPad/iPod ? The Food exchange list looks comprehensive.

Thanks, but my phone and mp3 player are old-tech (the phone doesn't even go online and the mp3 player is an ipod shuffle with only 2GB storage).

I'm hoping to upgrade my device(s) in a year or two, so maybe I'm stuck with pen and paper until then (which I don't mind, I just assumed that there would be more exchange plan options).

Well the upside to doing it manually is that your program won't become obsolete. . Keeping up with technology can be a pain in the bottom. Google on line for ideas. There could be something else available to make your job simpler.

I created a nice little worksheet (actually I've created several dozen variations of the worksheet) with the exchanges represented by boxes to check off, and an area to write down the actual foods - and if I want to record it, calorie count) - so I'll just keep using it for now.

I also like the feel of pen and paper - it took me a long time to be able to write at the computer (such as on my novel).
