i saw some posts about it so downloaded it on my iphone today and im hooked already! i am a calorie counter so it beats using a paper diary and calculator, i was having to carry around with me when i was out. havent used the carbs / fat etc options yet but just for calories alone it seems so handy, and best of all it was free from the app store

It is a great tool although be careful I have caught entries that are way off on calories. Especially restaurant food.

I actually made a username and signed up for Myfitnesspal years ago.. or atleast it feels like years ago. I did it a while back but never really ever used it to begin with, lol. Now I decided to try it out and I already don't know if I'd deal with it that well... for example. I had an egg this morning (on an egg sandwich I made) and the calories on the carton says 70cals per egg.... I tried to find a 70cal egg on there and I couldn't... so I already gave up, lol...

Try looking up Large Egg, thats 70 cals

I love myfitnesspal. I've tried a bunch of apps over the past year and that's the one I've stuck with. I like that it allows me to scan in info and that it also syncs with my fitbit as well.
