  • So we know lots of teas can have great health benefits what's your favorite kind? What brand? I'm always hunting for teas to try out and I'd love to hear about some more my favorite type of tea has to be mints and green tea, and I get a lot of my teas from a company called the spice and tea exchange and those are lose leaf teas.
  • My personal favorite flavor it Jasmine Green tea, so aromatic and delish, just add a pack of splenda and enjoy (Good Hot or chilled)
  • pure mint is my favorite!
    Rooibos is a close second
  • I'm mostly a chai drinker but drink a variety. Stash has a green chai that is nice.

I ordered some jasmine blossoms recently. I love jasmine tea.

I drink a mix of loose leaf and bagged, partially for convenience.

And it's not 'tea' but I read recently about chocolate tea where you steep cocoa nibs. So I bought some to try and it is pretty cool.

I'm also pretty much a plain tea drinker unless it comes to chai where I might add some soy milk and stevia.
  • Plain ole Lipton tea. I love it with nothing in it.

It makes me happy that I can get it anywhere.
  • I just started using stevia in the raw to sweeten my teas I really enjoy it.
  • I love Green Tea with Mint. SO DELICIOUS.

I can easily drink 8 cups a day...which might not be good for me....
  • Hey if its caffeine free or low caffeine shouldn't be that bad... >.>

I have a cup of heavenly hip hibiscus brewing, I love me some tea, I think it's honestly a hobby too, given I have more teapots than what I really need
  • I like the fruit teas from Celestial Seasonings
  • I noticed that tea from UK taste much better than the ones here in the US.. Even the twinnings that my BIL sends from Scotland tastes way better than the ones you get here. I usually buy Tetley from an Indian store or the International Isle from my local supermarket.

Ocassionally, I will drink Sencha green tea. Those have to be brewed just right otherwise it turns bitter.
  • Fennel tea is one of my favourites. It's an appetite suppressant too (apparently) and seems to be good for digestion, especially if anything's running too fast or too slow. Ahem.

I love a lot of the Yogi tea brand, little bit of spice to them. And I drink a lot of blackberry & nettle. Yum.
  • Yorkshire tea. It is so rich and satisfying!
  • The other day my sister introduced me to peach tea. It sounded kind of yucky to me at first, but I put a sweetener and a table spoon of cream in it, and it was YUMMY. Like, hot liquid dessert! It's great if you're a low-carber, but if you're a calorie counter you can use low-fat milk. I wouldn't reccommend it plain. :P
  • I enjoy Earl Grey (hot, green tea brewed with cinnamon and chai. I really love chai.

Rooibos is nice too. I really should try and get some.

I used to drink tea frequently but my tea drinking has plummeted recently. I think I will go make myself a cup.
