Did anyone see the first parts of the HBO documentary, The Weight of the Nation? Very interesting! If you have HBO I highly recommend trying to catch it. Its a 4 part series...the first 2 parts aired last night and the 2nd two are on tonight. I don't watch much TV but an ad for this caught my eye and I decided to check it out. Really an eye opener about what being overweight can do to our health and the great benefits of losing even a small amount!!

Thanks for the info! I hadn't seen anything about it, but I will definitely look for it on On Demand and watch it sometime.

Just wanted to say I watched the first 2 of the 4 part documentary and it is definitely an eye opener! Also, because the makers found this documentary to be super important, if you do not have HBO, you can go their website and watch it for free.
