Talking What you can do now that you weren't able to before!

I've recently noticed a lot of changes in my body and things I couldn't do before.

1. Run up the stairs without being out of breath. I carried about 40 pounds worth of groceries up the stairs the other day and could barely breathe and realized, that used to be me ALL the time. I would be completely out of breath after just walking up the stairs, not running.

2. I can hold yoga stances much longer.

3. I FIT INTO clothes I haven't been able to wear in 2-3 years! Whoo!

4. I have more time in the day because I can do things faster.

What are some of the things you can do now that you've lost weight that you weren't able to do before?

1.) Cross my legs the way my skinny friends could cross theirs in high school
2.) Comfortably wear clothing from the juniors' department
3.) Occasionally have to buy the XS size shirt
4.) See my ribs
5.) Tell people what I weigh and what size I wear without lying about it because I'm in denial myself

I can cross my legs and then cross my ankle behind my leg again.
I can run up and down stairs - no problem.
I can work out and push myself and not be a giant pile of waste the next day.
I can shop and be comfortable buying clothing.
I can tell people I weight 196 because I'm DARN PROUD of the weight I've lost and I want to shout it, lol, from some roof tops!

I have more. Let me think, haha.

OH! I can put my hand on my hip and feel my hip bone.
When I lay on my back, I can see my hip bones.

Speaking of seeing bones, I had a moment awhile ago after I had lost about 25 pounds where I was taking a bath and screamed, "I HAVE KNEECAPS AGAIN!" hahaha

This is so wonderful! You are all very inspirational! I can't wait until I can say some of these things.

I do have one, but I'm not sure if it counts: I lost an entire shoe-size! I admit that I like to look at my feet sometimes. They're not nearly as fat looking, and are actually starting to look petite. Yay! lol.

I FEEL YA on this one! I'm still out of breath and that is definitely an awesome accomplishment on a daily life that I'm sure we often take for granted. Go you!

I can have a photograph taken without dying of embarrassment and praying that no one will post it on their facebook page.
