I spent over 40 yrs of my life with sleep apnea and didnt know it omg. Thankfully, a nurse at a sinus clinic finally referred me to a surgeon because my sinuses were usually infected. Duh,,,they don't drain well, a deviated septum!!!!! So I had surgery on my nose. The very first morning I woke up, even with my nose stuffed full of gauze and stuff, I felt like a new person!!!! I had never slept that great!!! I used to wake up feeling like i hadn't slept, and duh I hadn't, even if I had the correct number of hours. I'd wake up feeling like half my body was missing. Then I'd wonder why I was constantly exhausted because I'd had "enough" hours of sleep.
Even if you've had a tsh test for thyroid, there's a ton of information that says you can still be low thyroid.
Have you tried the B-12 injections, with/without the lipotropic injections?
