Have any of you tried "Eggies"?
I don't buy things from these TV ads but this one cracks me up. The idea of being able to boil Eggbeaters into the shape of a hard boiled egg sounds neat. Has anyone tried them?

I'm not one for those kitchen gadgets... but I like the idea of pure hard-boiled egg whites that I don't have to peel apart.

I thought I was the only person who actually perked up at this ad--and believe me, I do NOT perk up at crazy Ronco-type products that appear on the Science Channel at three in the morning!
I actually want these dumb things. A lot. Even if their name is so stupid it makes me cringe: "I will sit around the house in my Snuggie and eat Eggies, then I will hangie myself from the revolting cutesie-ness of it all."

That's just like an egg coddler, isn't it?

And I thought I was the only person awake and watching the Science channel at 3 in the morning....
Not interested in Eggies, though.
