I just finished Belljar by Sylvia Plath for probably thr 10th time... now onto The Fiery Cross by Diana Gabaldon.

I just finished Bossypants by Tina Fey (funny!) and now I'm reading The Island by Elin Hilderbrand. Her books are always good summer reading.

Next I'm rereading A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini for my book group.

Finished Hide and am now reading Live to Tell. Both by Lisa Gardner. Very good author if you like mysteries and cop stories.

Just starting Jane Eyre by Bronte. In the mood for a good classic.

I read Thin is the New Happy some time back-I agree, just didn't keep my interest like most weight loss books.

Just started Worst Case by James Patterson

LOVE! If you like DG, have you tried the series by Sara Donati? It was recommended in the Outlandish Companion and I read it exclusively because there's a one line shout out to C&J in the first book - but it turned out to be a GREAT series! And she's just finished the last one so you don't have to wait years in between.

There's a series by Suzanne Frank that was also recommended in the OC and it's great, too.

I am currently reading Queen Bees and Wanna-bes and it's making my stomach hurt. My daughter is only five and I'm already starting to see some of the social posturing with girls around her age on the playground. I feel totally out of my depth.

I am also reading The Endless Forest, the last book in the series I mentioned above by Sara Donati. I am probably going to have to go back and reread the series because I am LOST!
