E.g. I've got a dissertation to write on domestic violence and I don't have enough respondents. There are ways to get around it but I'm kind of letting it get to me more than I should and I seem to be waiting for more responses rather than just getting on with it. It kind of stressing me out and I'm avoiding it.
It seems so strange that I am being so successful with what I eat and the exercise that I'm doing, it's almost like all my motivation is going into that and there's none left over for anything else. I'm fixated with food at the moment. Has this happened to anyone else?
I'm fairly new to this effort and I'm hoping in a week or so I'll calm down and just get on with everything else.
