I have lost 5 lbs since I started 3 weeks ago. I am so proud of myself. It takes a lot to get weight off my old body. I have a long, long way to go but am proud of my 5 lbs down.

My challenge to myself this week is to continue to write down what I eat and work out 3 to 4 times this week.
