The kittycat Dolls "When I Grow Up" is how I start all of my workouts. The beat is awesome and it really gets me going!

P.s. Not sure why it changed the name to "the kittycat dolls" haha. But hopefully you get what I mean!

Oh yeah I forgot about that song! Well, what's on your top 10 or top 5 list?

My top 5 at the moment other than the "kittycat" dolls (haha!) are:
1. Monster - Kanye West (ft. a bunch of other artists)
2. Numb/Encore - Jay-Z ft. Linkin Park
3. Kings & Queens - 30 Seconds to Mars
4. Good Life - One Republic
5. Waiting for the End - Linkin Park

I have a super random workout music taste. I like things upbeat and fun with a good beat to workout to. I also like "inspirational" songs that make me feel good about working out (hence, "Good Life" by One Republic). Hope that helps! I'll update my list if I think of any other good ones.

Awesome, Please do, the music i'm listening to right now is good, but it could be better and since my workout for next week has to be way harder than this week, I'm gonna need some music that is gonna keep me on the treadmill!!

I feel silly admitting this, but I have journey on my iPod. JOURNEY!! Lol I'll have to check that song out too!! Last week my iPod went off and I almost had to leave the gym...You should definintely change your playlist often, I think it has a postive impact on people's workout!

I need to change mine up.

I've got new wave 80's and samurai drumming. Crazy mixture, and I've enjoyed it. but it's time for a change. http://www.fitsugar.com/ sometimes has play lists. Here's just one...

1. "Song 2" by Blur
2. "Pump It" by Black Eyed Peas
3. "Say Hey (I Love You)" by Michael Franti and Spearhead
4. "Bulletproof" by La Roux
5. "Everlong" by Foo Fighters
6. "Dancing With Myself" by Billy Idol
7. "I'm A Slave 4 U" by Britney Spears
8. "Lasso" by Phoenix
9. "Teenage Dream" by Katy Perry
10. "Holiday" by Green Day
11. "Sex on Fire" by Kings of Leon
12. "Only Girl" (In The World) by Rihanna
13. "I Like It" (feat. Pitbull) by Enrique Iglesias

And fitness magazine has oodles too.
