I'm a happy single, have been for a long time and think it's so funny how so many people are a lot more worried about that than I am . I like being independent, spontaneous and not having to worry about anyone but myself.
I'm not saying that'll never change and I've moved away from my "i'm never getting married!" conviction, BUT: I have known so many girls who ended up marrying the wrong guy because they felt it was time to settle down - I'm not going to make that mistake!!

I TOTALLY agree with you...my GOD I don't get why people do that! Then next thing you know you have 3 kids, your divorced because the guy could keep his wee wee in his pants, and your not even 25 yet! Such a shame.

I'm single too but have been married and divorced some many moons ago. Have 3 grown up children and 7 grand children and 2 - soon to be 4 - great grandchildren. Yearned to get married again for a long time but am now very happy being on my own. Shared flats/apartments twice over the years but not a pleasant experience. Enjoy not having to answer to some other person. Enjoy going to stay with my daughter for a couple of weeks but then glad to get back to my own devices AND don't have to tippytoe round at night if I can't sleep, which is quite often.

I'm currently single, but then I think I'm also younger than a lot of people on here, cus I see a lot of married people lol.
