I've finished the other books and am now onto The Almost Moon by Alice Sebold, The Pact by Jodi Picoult is my next read. Right now it's mostly textbook reading though. Finals start May 3!!

I finished Sarah's Key (loved the flashback stuff, didn't like the story line set in the present). I've also read a rash of non fiction recently including Cleaving which I HATED. You can check out my current list here:

Olive Kitteridge...so far, so good. After that I plan to start the Little House on The Prairie series...been meaning to reread those for quite sometime.

So I know it's a bit late in April to throw out what I'm reading, but some of what you guys are reading is so great (I love Breakfast of Champions, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, and reallly, really want to read Ulysses) that I had to post what I've been up to reading-wise. I'm in the midst of rereading Shakespeare's King Lear, and just launched into Willa Cather's My Antonia, and Selected Poems by H.D..

I just read "The Glass Castle" by Jeannette Walls

I've buried myself in the Black Dagger Brotherhood series by J.R. Ward. I've burned through 3 of the seven books in the series in about 2 days. I've got a thing for violence and vampires. Vampires that don't sparkle.

Reading "Middlesex" by Jeffrey Eugenides, one of my book club selections. It's absolutely terrific! I am forcing myself to read it slowly.

One of the very best in contemporary literature, imo.

I have that book but haven't gotten a chance to read it yet. Did you like it?
