Actually I'm not a big fan of Valentine's day... my FIRST REAL boyfriend dumped me on Valentine's day... it kinda put a bad taste in my mouth for the whole thing...
that being said, if Ed (my boyfriend) doesn't do anything to acknowledge the day I will be removing his testicles...
I am going to snuggle and cuddle with my brown eyed valentine teddy bear.
Ok it's my baby boy, he is having his third birthday that day and I am a sucker for his soft chubby cheeks and big long lashed chocolate eyes.

My husband is out of town on business and not expected to make it back for sunday, AND my son will be with his biological father becuase its his visitation weekend.. Ill make red velvet cupcakes for family and send them to their houses....and maybe go do my nails so I don't feel completely pathetic
Well, gosh, Gary, it's Daytona for us too! Just wish we were actually GOING there where it's warm and no snow! Personally, I think they should just get rid of Valentine's Day and make it Daytona 500 Day!!
I've decided to make a four-course meal for my husband and I for Valentine's day. I'm a pretty good cook, but this is the most adventurous thing I've tried so far, so we'll see how it goes
Since I'm single, I'm going to spend the day with my older brother. He's going through a divorce and he's not looking foward to V-Day. So we're going to hang out together and have our own fun watching movies and stuff.
V- Day just isn't really my thing, I'm thinking of going to the mall and buy some clothes that fit! My husband will be hanging out at home...very romantic I know!
One of the good things about being married for 10 years is we don't get too worked up over "special occasions" anymore. DH will be watching Nascar, I might go get a pedicure, which would be the first one in 2 years! Tomorrow evening, dinner at home. We did splurge on dinner though, 2 big juicy lean sirloin steaks and 2 whole lobsters (sans butter). Surf n turf, baby!

OK ~The songs meaning to me/us ~When we was age 16 & 18 My parents decided we could no longer see one another~NO REASON REALLY~just said he wasn't good enough for me basically~We ran off a few days later~we was gone for 3 days in the woods Hiking Our way miles~LOL~Anyways I climbed a fence on the second day & cut my arm and it left a scar. Anyways I did everything this song says including walk the wire for him~Except die for him~But I would.
It has alot of meaning to me ~I think this will make his day~He spent quite a bit of money on me this year(bought me an expensive watch set and several nice pieces of Franciscan dinnerware in desert rose pattern for my China cabinet cause I collect it & watches) And ANYWAYS, I hope this is Super special for him...He knows this song is memories for how hard we fought to be together...And 18 years later I still have the scar!(we have been together for 19 years~Our anniversary is on the 25th and will be #17 for us in marriage) ~He said not to buy him anything so I had to be crafty cause he was with me when I went to town each time ~I used the kids left over construction paper for the card that they made there valentines day boxes with!)JUST WANTED TO SHARE!
