Default Subway/Taco Bell DIET?...not even close...

I have to admit I really enjoyed my time spent on Jared's Subway diet....who doesn't love a good sandwich?

Or the remarks you get from the punk kid that works at mine..."Do you want a heart attack with that too sir?"

When I ordered a 12" double meat BLT.....

I can't tell you how much healthier I feel either after enjoying the fresco choices with Christine's taco Bell diet (I swear she is Tracy Gold's clone)....

However....I never lost any weight on these diets....not an ounce....

I can easily knock-down a 6 pack of tacos in one sitting....fresco or no fresco.....

Depressing?

Not hardly.....

I have the Secret Diet ...

And I am more than willing to market it...

of course for a fee....and some EZ$$$$$

But for my 3FC friends I will share for free

I have discovered the fountain of youth if you willl....the secret diet is....

drumroll please.....

THE KOHL'S DIET!!

It is the perfect diet! I swear it is....here is how it works....

Eat a low calorie healthy breakfast....

Eat a low calorie healthy lunch.....

then go shopping at KOHL'S....

Spend at least 1 hour walking through the store....

I know that this can be done as I have done it many times with my wife ....

I truly believe you can get at least 3 miles of walking completed in the time it takes to fill 2 bags....

And...the best part?.....you only have to exercise on the days KOHL'S is having a sale ....

Of course you will be hungry after all those miles so go home...have a healthy snack...

Finish the day with a low calorie healthy dinner

then plan to do it all over again tomorrow OR when KOHL'S ....

has another sale....

EDIT ALERT ~ I almost forgot the best part about the KOHL'S store...they do not have a food court....isn't that just diet heaven

Management of KOHL'S INC. may contact me through a PM and we will discuss my new contract....

Hahaha! That was hysterical....and very clever.

Listen....do you think it would seriously alter my success if I used Wal-Mart rather than KOHL'S? I could afford a **** of a lot more items at Wal-Marts and would therefore spend even more time walking around. However they DO sell food there.....but then, the secret here is not what you eat, it's the actual store shopping that is KEY here, right?
Plus, I can never find a parking spot at Wal-Mart and have to park a mile away...which would increase my walking. What do you think? Could I substitute a different store or is the magic in KOHL'S only? You're clearly the expert on this.

deena

What am I doing up at 5 am. you ask? I'm losing weight by typing on my computer. It's a new weight-loss plan I'm developing....lose while typing.

The problem with this diet is that I could go broke in the process of shopping..and I dont want my hubby to get mad at me again for spending too much money, LOL!! I dont think he'll believe that I was doing it for my diet.

EZ, I am a believer! Where's my kool-aid? Shopping-til-you-drop is an excellent diet tool as well... It's the $ that's the hold-up.
