No doubt Russell is a naturally talented jerk but I'm sure he is also playing to the camera. Dumping out everyone's fresh water in those conditions is not just mean, but stupid. I can't believe the producers would have let the team go without water until they won fire at the next challenge so I think this is yet another show that caved in to drama for ratings. Same for Bridezilla where they have openly admitted that they really hammed up the beyotch factor for the cameras.

I always suspected a bit that the reality shows were scripted, the more they go "over the top", the more I'm convinced of it.

Russel's sleaze might make this season of Survivor just too slimy to watch...

I read an interview (or saw?) with Jeff Probst and he talks about how they DON'T give them water. They haven't in the past...

Probst said dehydration was a huge factor this year.

I watch this as well! lol been watching since the first season. Not a Russell fan at all!! They really didn't show a lot of the purple team tonight!!

I love Yasmin. I think she's fantastic, and her going into camp, fighting with Ben, and demeaning Foa Foa was genius...if they can keep winning.
