Hello, I'm new here, thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Dusty, 50 year old male from The South San Francisco Bay Area. A few months ago I was taking a nice ride in an ambulence on my way to a little bypass surgery when one of the lady EMS people told me about Sugar Busters. She said that she had lost 100 pounds and completley got off of insuln. She said I should read it durring my recovery. I read it and it makes such perfect sense that I'm ready to try it. My only conceren is making the change. I am a 1st degree carbohydrate addict and a diabetic. Are there any tricks to surviving the change. Oh, did I add that if I don't lose weight I'm dead <g>? Any tips, tricks or advice welcome.
Dusty
