and TGIF! My very busy ten days starts tomorrow with cranking up Delta Fair and an extra dog staying here. The Fair doesn't open until Thursday morning but there sure is a list of stuff to get done before then. I guess I won;t get my quilt finished in time to enter - oh well, there's always next year.

OMG! WTF!!! I try to have just a little bit of a life and you people almost let us fall off the first page!!!! Unbelievable, the only person I'm not disappointed in right now is EZ. What is the world coming to?

OK so Angie and I met up with my son/dil and their 8 friends...walked to the park to hear an EAGLES cover band....had too many beers...and plenty of food...life is good!

It's chucking it down out there and I have a ton of errands to run and my big brother's birthday to go to.
There will be no sitting in the garden at his house this year I guess...

Pouring rain and thundering here too, Dutchgirl. My Disney, a Hurricane Katrina rescue, is not pleased - I think it brings back memories. She's leaning against me and trembling. Poor wee thing!

Good Morning everyone! We went to the Gretchen Wilson concert last night and it was a lot of fun! It was at the Downstream Casino which sits at the corners of Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas!! You can gamble in Oklahoma and eat dinner in Missouri and Kansas!! No gambling outside of Oklahoma!! Pictures aren't great--- had to use the cell phone. Just thought that I would share.

Just back from a great dinner and evening with the Pypers in their cottage down on our Lower Lake. Good food and good wine with good friends - what could be better?
