Nice pitching all around today. Got a little dicey in the 9th... I really thought we were going to lose the lead after that awful blown call w/ Pujols at 2b in the 9th... Yadi kills the Mets. But thankfully we held on for a much needed series win.

I hate losing games like that :(

Smoltz is starting tonight, first start of the season for him since shoulder surgery last year... He's 42 now ! I can't wait to see what he can do....
We are heading to Atlanta for 3 over the weekend... he won't get a start there... but he'll be a Red Sox... weird

Is it me or is it 'unfair' in some way that Manny gets to 'play' 10 games of his suspension in the minors ? Prolly not a bad thing for Dodgers (Hi Gary :D) for getting his timing back etc... what do you guys think ? Do I have my facts straight ?

No games for the Rockies tonight. Hopefully, they just need rest (referring to last night's game). Then, tomorrow they play at the A's.

He shouldn't be allowed to play until the 50 games are up.

Rockies beat the A's last night. Although the A's were very helpful and didn't play well. We'll take it!
