I came here today just to console Bill and Caroline. I am so sorry! That was awful. I kept hoping for a miracle and you could terminate the Yanks, but not to be. But, lots of games left! You can do it!

Rockies did well yesterday... or was it that the Cubs committed so many errors, we HAD to win? Either way, we'll take it.

Caroline an exciting game tonight at Fenway.

A nice sweet win last night...but once again our closer gives up a homerun.

I know all teams go through a rough spot and I knew ours was coming....but....as I have said since day one...

Boston.com says.. There has been quite a it brewing between these teams since last night, when three batters were hit, including Youkilis. We hit Cabrera on the hand in the first and he ended up leaving the game in pain... Detroit also brushed back Victor Martinez in the first.

Rick Porcello also was ejected, he's 20 yrs old and left the field flipping the bird and mouthing obscenties :censored: at the Umps and Fenway crowd.... how cool..:smoking:

Geez, while I was posting above our Manager got ejected... ?? for what ??

Just got home from the game - alright already, I left during the "pause for the rainstorm to pass" at 10pm at the end of the 6th with Boston ahead 6-3.

I saw Terry Franconna argure a call at second base. Fair enough; I thought our runner looked safe myself. Then he argued some more. Then some more. Then got ejected. Then he came back and REALLY argued. I thought he was about to take a swing. A dramatic show that electrified the crowd.

The Youkalis thing was pretty dramatic also. Youk charged the mound pretty hard and both benches and both bull pens emptied. Cops lined the field to keep the crowd in their seats. Detroit lost their starting pitcher in the second inning and presumably were digging deep in their bull pen for the rest of the game.
