For good LEGAL sources for music online, I'm fond of Rhapsody and iTunes.

Napster. I hate Rhapsody because you have to pay for the software, then AGAIN for the songs...but I have a Zen and Napster has an agreement with them so I only pay once.

I actually like Amazon.com for all of my digital downloads. It's cheaper than Rhapsody and iTunes and I really don't like to buy products from Apple.

I've done amazon before, and if you can't find a song elsewhere and are dying to hear it, that usually works pretty well.
Otherwise, I mostly make mp3s from my old CDs and sometimes I rip my old LPs to mp3 format too.

I use Limewire...
free.
I've used Limewire for like.... ever...atleast 6 years.
