I learned to love flip flops again this past summer. Then in the fall, when I returned to work, I had heel spurs! Apparently caused by wearing flip flops all summer! I am sure my weight had something to do with it too! Now I have to wear these New Balance sneakers all the time. They saved me. They support your heel. I couldn't even walk before I bought the sneakers. Now my heels are much better but I am wary of putting the flip flops on again. At least until I lose 50 more lbs. Maybe another year???
