Read between the lines.....

My favorite pro team is the RAIDERS

My favorite player is PEYTON MANNING...

WHY? Because he stayed in school when he could have come out early and been a high...maybe #1 pick....why? because he said he "owed" it to the university for giving him the scholarship

My favorite college team is the USC TROJANS (as if you didn't know...wink)

My favorite teams QB had one more year left....he declared for the NFL because he will probably be the #1 QB taken

Tim Tebow had a good chance to be the #1 QB taken....he is staying in school....

Guess which one I admire more?

ez- i am glad tebow decided to stay. I understand how it is so easy to take the money and run..but its nice to see many players stay. Sorry to hear your qb took the money (or hint of money). It looks like the gators only lost harvin. Most of the others decided to stay...very cool.

Gatorgal: I think us SEC fans are the most rabid of all the college football fans. Who could help it with a conference like ours?

Thanks, Pal. It was fun meeting Steve and watching the look on his face. He's only 5 years older than I am but I guess I looked younger than my early 20s. LOL.

zen...we are some insane fans..and yes we did recover it appears. I think it was the move to kick their butts in gear!
