this is so gross.. no wonder i have a hard time walking anywhere or doing anything.. i cant belive im carrying all this and more around with me everywhere..

My grand-daughter weighs 22 lbs and she's an armful after a while! Carrying her reminds me of the number I'm doing on my poor old back and legs.

Hi AmericaninUK! There isn't a person on this site who hasn't thought "What was I thinking". Let yourself off the hook, that's all in the past. Today, is your beginning...if your brain tells you it doesn't want to exercise - put on your ipod (listen to your favorite rock song) and do your 30 minutes...don't let anyone or anything stop you from being what you want to be. It's hard at first, but once you get your head onboard with your desire to be healthy - watch out - nothing will get in your way! :wel3fc:

Wow that is terrible. Seeing that makes me realize just how much better I am going to feel when I lose all this weight.

I just put that as my background pic on my computer,lol.Hopefully this will deter me from eating in front of the computer now :barf:
