I saw an advertisement for a walking tour vacation, and I thought that getting in shape for it might be a nice goal. Has anyone ever been on one of these? How are they?

I haven't done it but for a couple years, I've been considering doing a tour with walkingvacations.com They have a lot of good looking vacations.
