on average? Be truthful. I'd say I get ave 7-7.5 a night. I'd like to be able to get up in the mornings to do my workouts, but I am soooo tired in the am. It's a struggle for me to get out of bed.
So, I was just thinking how many others get a night. Oh, and if you're able to get up earlier than you are use to for excersizing. Thanks!
I used to spend half my day in bed. Then I started getting healthier, spent much less time in bed, but slept better. I started getting up early too, every day (later on weekends but still pretty early). It felt great. But lately I don't think I sleeping soundly, and not going to sleep very fast either, and waking up too early, and I'm feeling kinda sleep deprived. Not sure why or how to fix it yet. But typically, I get up at 5, and go to bed between 9 and 10.
I generally lie down for a good eight hours...but it is NEVER uninterrupted. Between the toddler coming in a couple of times, and my oldest son, who has some special needs, having his oxygen level alarms going off, and my middle son sleep walking, my husband snoring...oh, and needing to pee from all the flippin' water I drink...I actually have no clue how much sleep I get. Six hours maybe? I hope...
Can't get by on any less than 6. Usually I go to sleep at 10 and I'm up between 5:50 and 7:30.
Sometimes I go to bed at 8:30pm and get up at 8 am. Other times, I'll do fine on 5.5 hrs.
Generally, though - I'm one of those people that needs outrageous amounts of sleep.
