Living in the promised land (California) tri tip is not hard to find and is a favorite either roasted in the oven or grilled outside on the barbecue.

I can't say that I've ever bought a tri-tip roast, but I do see them all over. I printed the recipe. It sounds great! I usually marinate and grill a flank steak. Yummy!

Snow! Wet glup! It's hovering right around freezing and it's just wet slop that I'll have to heave off my car in the morning.

hmmm... methinks I'll stay here. One guest is bringing roasted root vegetables - and DW is making corn bread stuffing. My sole job is to cut up some string beans and to clean up enough of my stuff so that the house is presentable.

I will be making scalloped potatoes, Angie will bake the spiral ham that we will take to ex-wife's.

First we are doing a 5K with the mutts....some of Angie's students may walk with us.....she hopes they run.....wink
