Question has anyone tried the special K water?

I don't want to buy it if it doesn't work at curbing your appetite.

If you're talking about the Special K protein water I tried it. I think it did help a little to curb my cravings I know they come in different flavors. It kind of tasted chalky to me though. Doesn't hurt to try it.

I haven't bought that, but I did try the South Beach Tide Me Over mixes. They have 30 calories, 3 G protein and 5 g fiber. They taste good (so far I've tried the Tropical Breeze flavor) and I guess they kind of help take the edge off my hunger long enough to get dinner cooked without snacking on whatever is in within arm's reach. The worst time of the day for me is from 3-6 PM so having one around 4 PM seemed to work for me.

These are my favorites. The Tropical Breeze flavor is great! Really do "tide you over".

Hmm, the Special K water has worked for me, but I've never heard of the SBD kind. Is it comparable in price?

i absolutely hated the taste of the special k water. we had a 4 pack and couldn't even force ourselves to drink it, i ended up just- putting it on the counter at work for the scavengers to take. I had a strawberry flavored one.

Does the SBD stuff have artificial sweetener in it? (I'm guessing so because it's only 30 cals, but wanted to ask.)
