What did Angie end up making, Gary? Don't leave us hanging!
|
Mixed berry salad (strawberries/raspberries/blueberries/blackberries) with some kind of cream topping. I made that once for a similar-sized gathering and it was GONE in 30 seconds. It's a bit pricey since berries are pretty expensive, but it is delicious.

tamaralynn....I made the Ambrosia and it had a divine taste. I thought it was not as thick as I would have liked, and I did drain the fruit well. It was eaten, so I must have been the only one who thought it didn't set up well. :)
I will definitely try it with other fruits as well. |
grilled peaches or nectarines with balsamic vinegar glaze on top of vanilla ice cream....low fat of course
