I wish. A gallon of paint (in Japan) starts at around $50 a gallon...and the price just goes up. Oh, and you can only get premixed colors (which consists of about 15 different shades of white), the store doesn't mix. So my walls are the dull offwhite they were when we moved into this rental house. One of the things I am SO looking forward to moving back to the states for - being able to paint my house....well, and owning my house too.
Yes, many years ago (not that I had much to bare back then) when I was still thin. I liken it to the onsens (public baths) in Japan. As my (Japanese) sister-in-law said once to me, "In Japan, nudity is often seen but never noticed."
If you were to walk down a street full of dressed people and you were topless, people would probably stare. However, on a beach where everyone is? You're just another person.
