  • I've been dying my hair all kinds of colors (usually at least 2 at once, right now it's 4) since I started going gray at 16.

TPBM owns a japanese make car.
  • one Japanese ~ one American

TPBM just had a big family BBQ
  • Not since Memorial Day, but one's planned for next weekend for my Mom's birthday (Independence Day)

TPBM has a wedding in the family this year.
  • Next year

    TPBM uses reusable grocery bags.
  • Yes - Now I need to think about taking them into non-grocery stores.

    TPBM has colorful walls.
  • I wish. A gallon of paint (in Japan) starts at around $50 a gallon...and the price just goes up. Oh, and you can only get premixed colors (which consists of about 15 different shades of white), the store doesn't mix. So my walls are the dull offwhite they were when we moved into this rental house. One of the things I am SO looking forward to moving back to the states for - being able to paint my house....well, and owning my house too.

TPBM has more than one pair of athletic shoes.
  • I have 6 -- a couple I don't wear at all anymore and 2 I haven't worn yet.

TPBM has to wake up before 6 tomorrow.
  • Every morning except Sunday

TPBM owns at least one piece of exercise equipment and uses it at least 5 times per week.
  • Nope....it's Monday's.

TPBM: has more shirts than shoes.
  • Yup... I hate shopping for anything. But i probably have about 2 more shirts than I do shoes (runners/work/sandals/flipflops etc). LOL

TPBM has bared themselves at a topless beach *lol* (going to Maui and thinking of it... why the heck not)
  • Yes, many years ago (not that I had much to bare back then) when I was still thin. I liken it to the onsens (public baths) in Japan. As my (Japanese) sister-in-law said once to me, "In Japan, nudity is often seen but never noticed."

If you were to walk down a street full of dressed people and you were topless, people would probably stare. However, on a beach where everyone is? You're just another person.

TPBM can speak more than one language fluently.
  • Not truly fluently. In Spanish I'd need to be immersed for awhile. In German I'm still learning.

TPBM likes to learn new things.
  • I love to learn new things. A wise man (Albert Einstein) once said, "Once you stop learning, you start dying."

TPBM can write code (the software kind..Javascript, Assembly and C++ would be a few examples).
  • HA! I need Angie's help to turn this computer on!

TPBM has a fence around their property
  • Just a neighbor's fence down part of one side.

TPBM sees wild animals in their yard from time to time.
