The 4 Letter Word Today Is ......

  • CHEESE

I gained 4 pounds working out of town these last 12 days. I am blaming it on the

The I put in the lasagna I cooked ~ the I put in my bow tie pasta casserole ~ the that I put on my snack of nachos most nights ~ the that I sprinkled in the chili I made ~ the I put on my pastrami sandwiches.

It wasn't me .....it was THE CHEESE!

    Have you ever been CHEESED?
  • I love cheese SOOOO much! It's my worst enemy!
  • Cheese is a six-letter word.

Don't sweat it, Gary. Its so hard to stay on track while on the road. I'd say its water weight.
  • Cheese is goooooood.
  • mmmmmm Cheese!

    at least it wasn't Cheez!!!
  • As a vegetarian, I justify my CHEESE as a major protein source in my diet. It is the one food I would have a hard time living without.

My Grandfather nicknamed me "Mouse" when I was a tot. I don't think I have outgrown it, even today.

Gary, I strongly suggest you find some low-fat, low calorie cheese options, or maybe portion control when it comes to CHEESE will work better.

In any case - glad to have you back - even if you are a couple lbs. heavier than when you left

And - I'm betting that Angie is hiding the cheese as I type!
  • This makes me think of the commercial where they say, "It's the cheeeeese!"

Sorry you had to consume so much "cheddah" EZ! I guess you were truly what they call, a "Cheese Head"!
  • Cheese is *definately* a four-letter word to me as well.
  • Love cheese! Have it several times a day as long as its reduced fat.
