Omg...I need help. I dont know what to do. Everyone is asleep..and I need to go to the ER. But if I call for an amblance..then how will i get back home?!?! i'm scared and i cant breath..i need my hubby home really bad. omg..i'm gonna pass out!!!!

I'm having a panic attack..and I wanna go to the ER..but I cant find a ride. My cell phone is broken and I cant read any of the numbers off it. Nobody is awake..dh is gone. He's the only one that can help me when I'm having a panic attack.

Is there any regular phones around?

I've had panic attacks before they are really scary. But the fact that you know that it's a panic attack means you have what it takes to get through it. Breathe and calm yourself down. Keep talking and it will pass.

Thank you...they gave me some anti anxiety meds..and I'm gonna take one right now and fall asleep.
