where do I go again to do another ticker or change the one that I have? ;)

I dont even know how to post mine. Someone told me i can do it in my signature page but i dont have one of thoses.
I have to copy and paste my ticker.. If anyone can help me as well i would appreciate it!!

Click User CP and then click edit signature.

it says i cant use my signature for 30 days to enter my ticker because of issues with spam messages and so on...
oH well,, i can wait 30 days!!
