In the last few days, I've had Vitamin Water and Dasani Plus with my lunch (the Dasani + has 0 calories, but the Vitamin Water has 50). But again, it's paying a premium (and encouraging the use of disposable bottles) for what is basically just water. I started another thread the other day on Food Talk and Fabulous Finds asking if anybody makes a nutrient-fortified drink mix that you can just bung into a SIGG bottle when you fill it? (There is a sports-drink version of Water Sensations, but it's a liquid, I'm thinking powder.)

Ok, I bought some Sunday and just went and tried it for you :-) I got the strawberry kiwi flavor packs and it tastes good . I noticed at the store that you can buy it already mixed for you also. I wasn't hungry to begin with so I don't know if it helps on that though.

I've been drinking the tea flavor. I really like it. I've noticed it has curb the hunger beast. Mind over matter I'm not sure but as long as it works and I have the points. (1) I'm ok with it. (it's 30 calories)

The program I've been on (LA Weight Loss) sells a protein powder mix-I used to drink it in the morning and I thought it helped with my hunger. I'm glad to hear about these-I think I'll give them a try.

I just bought some yesterday and tried it. i bought the lemon twist----yummy!!!!! Tastes just like lemonade----not watered down lemonade.....real lemonade. I also tried to strawberry kiwi. It was ok......not the best but it was good. it's didn't curb my hunger though. I tried to think that it was working but it didn't.
