I thought that quote was from the movie Nixon too -- I forgot about it in the Rocky Horror Picture show.

The spoon quote is from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves.

Ok, guilty. I don't know from Rocky Horror Picture Show, I just remembered it from Nixon the guy (or thought it sounded like what he said when he resigned) and figured it was in Nixon the movie. Maybe it was, but I didn't see it listed on the IMDb quote page
