I am a HUGE reality TV fan and I love Big Brother! Can't wait!!!

I wished hubby would watch 'reality tv' with me. He just makes fun of it all. So I usually DVR all those kind of shows and watch when he's at work.

I LOVE this show! Now that football is over I will be struggling for something to hold my interest. This should do just fine!

I love it too - have never missed a season! It's refreshing after coming home from a day at school with 600 kids, 120 not-so-thrilled teachers, and a handful of angry parents....and "relax" by watching the likes of Dr. Will (who's now on Dr. 90210) and Evil Dick!! I can't wait for some more characters like that. I wish they'd do another all-star edition with ONLY the villains --- what delicious drama!

They have hinted in the blog that we may see the Donatos. Didnt say how.

I was checking out the houseguests. I wish they would get some older people in the house. You know my age, in their 40's ;)

I enjoy BB - all reality TV, actually (writers strike really hasn't affected me...lol). I don't believe the show is totally real, but I do think it is full of teachable moments for my pre-adolescent children...occasionally it is embarrassing for me, but usually we simply talk about what is going on and what would have been better choices or whatever...love it!

Big Brother 9 starts tonite . much earlier than it's usual starting date.

Yeah I was watching House last night and I saw the preview for the show and I was shocked because usually the show doesn't start til around june/julyish and ends in september..but hey i cant wait..I'm a huge Big Brother fan!!!!

Did you watch last nite? How about that Sheila ? Isn't she the rudest ? I don't expect her to be around very long.

The reason they had BB early this year was because of the writer's strike. Regular programming isn't on, so they have to fill it with reality shows. That's why all these reality shows are suddenly taking over. I do believe that they'll still have another one this summer. Let's cross our fingers!

Also....I dunno, I say this every time a new season starts, but I miss last season's people! LOL. I want the Donato's back! But I'm sure it'll get much better once everyone's real personalities come out. I LOVE the twist of the ex-lovers. I really hope they get back together, that'd be awesome. It seems they still love each other, but I also hate the guy for cheating. LOL.

Yeah Sheila gave me a bad first impression. I was thinking to myself..it's a game, your not going to marry the man..get over yourself!!!

We watched the first two episodes. Sheila might be the oldest but she sure acts the most immature. Sheesh, get over yourself!! I want her to go home, yet I find her entertaining in a sea of pretty faces and hard bodies. :D

I've never watched BB, Chelsia Heart is from my town. I hung with her Aunt in grade school til Jr. High and her brother was my daughters grade school sweetie. I just recall seeing her off and on when she was little.
I still don't think I'll be watching but I'll read your post. I do hope she behaves herself.

Sheila is annoying and the guy she is paired up with makes the weirdest faces. I really hope they get voted off soon!

I have watched BB every year since BB1 and I find this group of guest to be really boring!

Where are the Eddie McGees. The Britney Petros', Dr Will and Boogie. or Chicken George? I didn't just love all those people but it was fun watching them as they were interesting even if you didn't like them.

Speaking of Dr. Will and Boogie --- Well, Dr. Will has a practice in Beverly Hills now, and is on the Style network show "Dr.90210"!! He's also living with his girlfriend, Erin (from one of the Bachelor shows)! Boogie owns a restaurant in LA, and the 2 of them are still really good friends!

I'm with you guys -- this bunch of guests is whiney, immature, boring, and I think it's because they're all SOOOO similar! Where are the variety of people? Back in the first couple of episodes, you had people like Chicken George and the older, divorced mom, and the colorful characters. These peeps are cookie-cutters of each other....ughhhh a long season ahead!

Yep, I'm not liking any of the people this year either. And I really don't like them being coupled up. Why does BB have to have twists? Just throw them in the house. That's entertaining enough.

I hated Boogie..but LOVE Dr. Will. Best player of the game in my books, and very entertaining :lol: I also loved Janie and Kaysar..:)

This season is terrible. I stopped watching it.

I'll always have the memories of BB past though :) :lol:

I never watched last night's show.

it was okay. the first couple to get voted out the girl got to come back because one of the gay guys had to leave for a family emergency. they put up the couple and their partners. i hope jenn goes home, but i hate ryans partner. she ruined it for them cause she wanted ryan to herself. we will see what happens.

Jen and Parker were evicted, not surprising due to their stupid move at revealing that Jen and Ryan are actually dating before they came into house.
