Okay, I have to ask...
What do the acronyms 'DH' or 'DS' mean? I see them everywhere and I know they are referring to a person, but what does it exactly mean? Is DH 'Dear Husband' or 'Deployed Husband' or 'Da Hubby'? I have no idea.

There's a list of acronyms in one of the stickies under Announcements and Forum Help: "dh" is defined there as "dear/darn husband" etc.

Ok, I post on child support/divorce boards. Sooooo, in that context...they usually do mean dear husband (DH), son (DS), daughter (DD), whatever.
ANDDDDDD, they mean damn husband, son, daughter.
ANDDDDDD, they mean d*ckhead. Which is basically the same as damn husband.
