He will be in court and have to prove that he did not lie to the grand jury regarding steroid use.
I think he was knowingly doing steroids. However, if they weren't illegal when he started using them, then that part of his usage should be thrown out.
His personal trainer went to jail because he wouldn't talk about it.
I think it must be a great day in America, all the murders, rapists, thieves, child molesters etc must be caught and in jail for our government to focus all this attention on a possible steroid using baseball player. I am sorry but doesnt our government have better things to worry about?
