When I worked nights, I think I drove too tired a few times. Thankfully our roads are not busy at 7 am.
... and I may have tried to read the cover flaps on books I've purchased on the way home from the mall ...

That's a good question ... let's do it again.

girl81 04-04-2007 12:54 AM

I've changed my pants while driving; enough said.

have you ever had to cut a family member out of your life?

srmb60 04-04-2007 07:57 AM

Nope, I'm the one everybody stays in touch with even if they are not talking to each other.

that's thought-worthy ... Under what circumstances would you cut someone out of your life?

Is that really me 04-04-2007 11:26 PM

Not no way, not no how. I've seen too many accidents to be that thoughtless. I get the impression that a lot of people think driving is some kind of game or something. I've passed people who were driving and reading, eating, drinking, getting changed, fiddling or looking for something in their car, looking for lengthly periods out the side window at God knows what, and the most offensive of all, talking and/or texting on their freakin' cell phones!! I personally think that cell phones should be banned from being used while driving, even the hands free kind. I feel adamently about it; I've had numerous near misses from other idiotic drivers chatting away oblivious to the fact that they are behind the wheel of a car. Just plain stupid if you ask me. What is so important that it can't wait until you're off the road? Driving requires 100% of one's attention. Talking on the phone cuts your attention by half, at the very least.

Same question.

When I've given birth to a woman's granddaughter, raising her on my own with NO child support from her loser son, living in a house I'm renting from her with her loser son (who doesn't have a job) and she calls me up at work and threatens to kick me out if I don't pay the rent. Then sues me for grandparents rights.

What is your favorite veggie?

alinnell 04-05-2007 07:18 PM

green beans

what is your favorite fruit?

girl81 04-05-2007 07:30 PM

either cucumber or zucchini. i don't like sweet fruits...

do you have good dental insurance? if so, who is your provider?

EZMONEY 04-05-2007 08:04 PM

funny you should ask ~ in about a half hour we are going to my dentist's office to say good-bye at a reception he is having. He has to retire due to hand issues that couldn't be fixed after two surgeries, only 53. He is a friend of mine and I do know he has invested WISELY! So as much as I am sorry, I am grateful he has done well and will be able to continue to provide for his family.

As far as insurance goes...ours is $1,500 per person a year. I could not begin to tell you who ~ what ~ or where on any of it...Angie's dept! ;)

same question

melekalikimaka 04-05-2007 08:34 PM

My dental plan covers $1K per person per year w/a $100 deductible. 70% coverage on basic stuff like fills and or extractions. 100% for preventive maintenance (cleaning and xrays) and 50% for prosthetics (crowns/dentures, etc). Luckily, I still go to the office where I used to work so they just collect the insurance portion and I don't have to pay anything else, unless it's for a cosmetc service the insurance doesn't cover
, than they charge me 50% of the actual charge. So yeah, I'd say I have a good plan. It's good to have friends in dentistry. :D

One of my favorite fruits is a plain orange, but my most favorite is pineapple.

Favorite veggie? Hmmm, asaparagus or cauliflower and broccoli. Can't pick just one.

Do you get along with your neighbors or are they the ones from h*ll?

realkitty 04-05-2007 08:47 PM

I live in the country. My neighbors are a few acres away, so yes we get along.

If you could travel any where in the world, where would you go?

techwife 04-05-2007 09:55 PM

Buffalo

Where is your favorite place you've BEEN to?

girl81 04-05-2007 10:03 PM

the national park with the most bears. I think yosemite.

same q.

finn 04-06-2007 05:58 AM

most favourite place - it would have to be stargazing with the Bedouin tribe in the Sahara desert in Egypt.

Ok, so - are you a read the instructions first type of person or rip open the box and try to use straight away type of person for a new techie gadget/appliance?
