Of course. Rising at 5 a.m. only comes naturally to roosters!

If you could only do strength training OR cardio for six months, which would you choose and why?

Cardio because I crave it, especially if I get into a good habit of it. I would cheat inadvertantly with strength training though on account of doing laundry and it being on the opposite side of the building, 3 floors down. And I usually have at least 20 pounds + detergent to carry I always try and carry my groceries and stuff like that.

Do you make a conscious effort to ingest Omega-3 fatty acids in any form? (i.e. suppplement, fish, specific breads etc.)

I'm trying to add 2 tbsp of flaxmeal to my day, was thinking about fish capsules but haven't gotten any.

If you could be a famous person for a day, who would you pick?

Add to my question... you can't explain to anyone WHY you are doing. Just a weird hypothetical question!
