Yes and no. I am one of those of the hyphenated era. I am also one of 7 girls in my family of no boys, so we wanted to keep our family name alive too. I use my hyphenated name on legal documents and sometimes just my husband's last name on other things. It also depends on how I'm feeling about him at the time A lot of women keep using their maiden names since they may already have been established in their professions, and I think that's just fine.
I've been w/my SO for 18 years, married for 12 This is my OR... marriage , just kidding, my first and LAST.
Anything sweet. We always had dessert every night when I was growing up. My mom would often decide on what to make for dessert first before deciding on what to make for dinner! We always had cherry pie on President's Day.
The whole Thanksgiving shebang... turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, corn, cole slaw, green beans, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, ice cream and whipped cream, all of it homemade and divine. Dang. I'm getting hungry!!
once every two weeks....I have a house keeper who comes on alternate weeks. Between that, I gather dog hair every few days with my hand-held Dyson (brand new and too cool!)
How many loads of laundry to you do in a typical week?
I do 1 of drywall clothes ~ Then Angie and I do laundry as needed for us at least 1 of whites, 1 of colors and 1 of sheets/towels. Angie has her "dainty" things that I stay away from...when washing is involved...wink. Nephew does his own...can usually get 5 loads into one!!
