For dinner, I had a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon, avocado and homemade ranch dressing on 2 slices of whole wheat bread and a small ear of corn with some butter, garlic salt, lime juice and cilantro.
Later, I had some oatmeal with some pumpkin puree, applesauce and cinnamon.

for now and the future: healthier food, e.g. apples, bananas, fish.
Less sweets. This food combination kept me the colds and flues away, since the last 14 months ;-)

Actually, I try to eat healthy food because I maintain a fairly active lifestyle. Recently, I wanted to increase the number of workouts, but do it properly and effectively. After reading Peloton Interactive reviews, I realized what exactly I needed and how I could workout and stay in shape at home.
