Do I have to draw you a picture ? Sheesh!

Sigh. Yes, I know you mean down feathers. I'm asking if you get the feathers from a giant duck, just like the ones in first class are from my giant griffon. However, a giant duck would also help to step down from an elephant, so I was playing on both meanings.

But please, draw a picture if you want to.

I get the feeling this thread is going to die out. It seems there are only a small handful of us who are posting. Oh well. Life goes on.

Speaking of life, does anyone have anything interesting, random or totally made up that's happening?

Happy Sunday!!

The first commercial planting of Chinese gooseberries occurred in 1937 in New Zealand by the orchardist Jim MacLoughlin.
We call them Kiwifruit, or just Kiwi, around here.

This thread has been through worse than this. Threadkiller refuses to die.

I had gooseberries when I was growing up in Minnesota and they had no resemblance to Kiwi, whatsoever.

Threadkiller is as dead as "Jimmy" Hoffa - just missing a proper burial.

That is what happens when you don't eat enough gooseberries.

You can't get gooseberries for love or money where I live in the US. Might need to try different types of love.

sunster2 04-28-2013 08:55 PM

try shoe polish love

IanG 04-28-2013 08:58 PM

Would that involve vigorous rubbing?

sunster2 04-28-2013 09:07 PM

in circular motions
