Yesterday upon the stair

We're iced in so it's time for an afternoon nap with two delighted dogs.

I stayed quiet as long as I could Ruth....

I actually slept in until almost 4 this morning...

but then I was up until 11:30 watching TV with Angie while she worked on her blog...

and that included a 2 hour nap in my chair after date night dinner and a visit with the GRANDdaughter....

GRANDdaughter wouldn't let anyone hold her but me once Angie and I got there...

Just tore me up...

I was just so sad about that....

Being iced in is not as bad as having no electricity! In the country that means no water. I had to drink Single Malt Scotch, dammit! The dogs and I went to bed early and shared the warmth.
