Then I wash them.
I wash them first so they don't get soggy.
We have a number of people belonging to 3FC who live in Japan . Pray fortheir safety.
4:20am and still no paper...why did I even get up?
Then I dry them with the dish cloth.
Bill, don't they stain the dish cloth?
Cotton or linen?
Don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour tonight !!!
I'd like to buy a vowel
If they are too ripe, they stain the cotton dishcloth. Perhaps permanently. Forcing a choice between marital harmony and properly dried strawberries.
I love springing forward...I actually slept in to 5am.....that never happens!
I can hardly stand the excitement of what Bill will do next with strawberries,
I was messing around as Angie and I were getting ready for church a few minutes ago when.....
she used her :sklol: scary :sklol: words on me..... :fr: :yikes: I'm almost out of make-up :fr: :yikes: |
Well,what a coincidence, so am I.
I have snowdrops!
I eat them with my fingers - but seated, with a cloth napkin in my lap - as I read the morning hard copy newspaper.
Of course it's a hard copy! One must keep up one's standards.

Fresh strawberries, properly washed and dried, without added sugar, do not drip.

Just the drip eating the strawberries.

Some are obviously small enough to pop in the mouth in one gulp. Some, equally as obviously, require several bites.
The group that lies between the obvious requires judgment: one LARGE bite, or several small bites. This is a mental strain during an otherwise serene breakfast. But I'm up to it. |
Just a note California strawberries are juicy.
Wake me when we move on to a different fruit, OK?
I eat mangoes sitting naked in the bathrub. Just sayin' ... |

(I knew that post was a mistake! At least we got started on another scintillating conversation about a different fruit!)
I bought a small watermelon yesterday. |

I ate a graham cracker a while ago.
I took mine out and played with it tonight
(Getting close to the edge with that one, Gary!)
I am going to have some FLORIDA strawberries for breakfast. There are no CA ones around or I'd do a comparison tasting. I'll eat them fully dressed at the kitchen table with my cereal, OK? |
Why what are you thinking Ruth?....
Angie saw it and jumped for joy :trampo: |

A couple of the guys at work touched them before Angie got her little hands on them
