Today should be merry and bright although I have dense fog....that's outside, not mental. I'm feeling very Christmassy and kind of warm and fuzzy because of all the donations we are getting for the Christmas food baskets and the toy drive.
I kind of like the song "What is Christmas?" by Trans Siberian Orchestra. It is a tongue in cheek criticism of Christmas. It just makes me laugh. My favorite part is where he sings "the reason for Christmas I now realize... is an excuse to tolerate snow... snow... I don't even like the sound of it..."
Don't know that song. Sounds fun.The last couple of days have been bright and sunny and colder than a witches whatnots here. I love this weather. I wear ski-pants on the scooter to and from work. maybe I look a right idiot but at least I am a warm idiot
Brrrr! 9F this morning. I'm off later today for a short trip and will be taking my warmest coat and scarf and hat and mittens and whatever else it takes. Maybe Scotch?
